Cindy Taylor of Googly Eye Art wants you to be thrilled with your googlyeyeart.com order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Cindy for  full refund of the product price. So, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact info@googlyeyeart.com for help returning your product.

• Orders from www.googlyeyeart.com come with our 30 day return policy. No fine print here. All you have to do is send the product back to us in the original packaging, with your handmade, one-of-a-kind creation, with it in the same condition in which we sent it to you (new & unused & re-sellable condition). Here is how it works.
• Orders from www.googlyeyeart.com can be returned up to 30 days from the original ship date. Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping the products back to the address in the email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please note that if you keep your googly eye art creations outside, the eyes can have a tendency to yellow (especially in 110+ degree Texas heat!). We are not responsible.
•  After your art purchase is inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes around 5-10 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 
•  Once your return is approved, we will refund the original purchase price of the product.
